ICT Public-Private Dialogue in Benghazi

In the context of the EU-OECD Project on Promoting Public-Private Dialogue in Libya, the OECD is organising a public-private dialogue on promoting economic reforms in Libya’s ICT. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the main challenges facing the sector with the aim of identifying policy priorities for economic transformation and private sector growth. Participants will be asked to provide their views on various issues, namely on improving ICT costs and infrastructure, developing an effective business and regulatory environment, and digitalising public services.
